Reality Telecom was founded in August 2001 and is licensed by OFCOM to operate telecommunications services throughout the EU. It is one of the first companies to successfully combine telecoms and internet technology to offer an easy-to-use call management service for a range of businesses, from home-based entrepreneurs to companies employing hundreds of people.

Headquartered in Hertfordshire, Reality Telecom has specialist staff providing web management, telecoms systems operations, customer service, marketing and public relations. Their combined senior-level experience includes work with companies such as BT, O2, T-mobile, MediaOne, Redstone, Hitachi and Philips Electronics.

The Reality Telecom network systems are housed in state-of-the-art secure data centres in London Docklands and Hertfordshire.
